This is where your project produces its first real number. The milestone asks for less than you might expect: one honest result, with its uncertainty attached, reproducible from a clean start. The point is not volume. It is a result you can trace from claim to output to data cell, because every number you will ever defend in this project passes through the discipline you set here.
This studio closes with Milestone 7: Your first reproducible analysis, a short chapter of its own after the lessons. What it asks you to produce. A route-specific result with an uncertainty statement, a restart-and-run-all verification, an environment record, and a claim-to-output check.
Milestone 8 exists to attack this result; the cleaner your record here, the more the attack can teach you. The milestone chapter keeps the working details: the practice steps, the versioned record, and how the artifact is assessed.
